Our services for general information, product selection and mortgage information are completely free and without obligation.

You can spend as much time as you like discussing things with us, unlimited use of the mortgage desk, and as many lender applications as you feel you need to get the deal you want. We will do all of the legwork, deal with the lenders, solicitors and surveyors, and anybody else who may need to be involved.

Once your mortgage offer has been issued we will then follow it right through to completion by our mortgage desk. Then, and only then, our fee becomes payable. If at anytime before completion you decide to pull out, that’s no problem, and there is no fee to pay.

The fee can be either deducted from the mortgage monies, or paid by mastercard, visa, or by debit card, and is due on the day of completion.

Our fee will be discussed with you at the outset and you will be advised of it in writing before you decide to proceed. The level of fee will depend on the type or complexity of the application, with the minimum charge being £495. Great value when you consider the experience and expertise you will have unlimited access to.

We also get a fee from the lender. The fee the lender pays us is payable by the lender and does not get passed on to you.

It is important to note with any property and mortgage transaction there are various costs you must take into account. Our mortgage desk will be happy to explain to you what you can expect to pay for solicitors and surveyors for example.
